Industrial UV Lamp Components Built for a Supply Chain That Moves
We don’t build these UV lamp components for a glossy showroom. We build them for the factory floor—where the line can’t wait, and nothing is precious. You need a heat source that’s straightforward to spec, quick to wire, and ready to ship the moment you need it. That’s exactly what our China-based manufacturing is set up for: high-output UV heating that keeps your options open, without ever cutting corners on reliability.
Power, Voltage, and Size—Straight to the Point
These lamps are all about packing serious heat into a small footprint. The standard setup runs on high voltage, so you get the power you need in a short tube—typically around 300mm. That keeps the hot zone tight and predictable, which is exactly what you want when you’re squeezing a lamp into a crowded machine. Wattage is matched to the tube length and your process needs. Put higher wattage on a short tube and you get faster ramp-up and steadier temperature control right where you need it. But here’s the reality: that kind of power density creates a lot of heat. So your cooling—airflow and heat sinking—has to be properly sized to keep ambient temperatures in check and protect the electronics nearby.
Materials and Design—Built to Handle the Heat
We use quartz envelopes because they take high temperatures in stride and stay optically clear, even under intense UV output. Inside, the lamp is halogen-based. That helps stabilize the arc and keeps emission consistent, even after long stretches of continuous use. The quartz also gets a specialized coating to manage the output spectrum and reduce wear from repeated heating and cooling cycles. For installation, the lamp comes with an R7s connector. It’s a proven industrial interface that locks in fast and holds steady even when things vibrate. Fewer field failures. Faster replacements. In a flexible supply chain, that’s not a luxury—it’s a necessity.
Why This Matters on the Factory Floor
These UV lamp components are made for industrial heating and curing—where space is tight and uptime is everything. The combo of short tube length, high voltage, and halogen tech gives you repeatable performance in a package you can drop right in. Fast shipping only helps if the part performs—today, tomorrow, and every day after. We build to a fixed spec so you can stock it, swap it, and keep production moving, no matter how your schedule shifts. When your plans change, your heat source keeps up.
