When the line is running wide open, under-cured ink shows up as scuffing, adhesion failure, and rejects that stack up fast, roll after roll. The reflector geometry and dichroic coating are tuned for uniform dose distribution, so edge-to-edge cure repeats job after job. Installation is straightforward, but don’t rush the details. Make sure the 380V supply and connector terminations are right—mismatched wiring drops voltage, and that directly cuts irradiance. And after every lamp change, confirm reflector alignment. If the beam is mis-focused, you’ll lose dose at the substrate plane even when the lamp reads nominal.
